Meet Elissa and Lizzie. Elissa, the ballerina, is 10 but almost 6. Lizzie is the mom. She's 12. And somehow these two sweet girls ended up in jail. Then penguin came and rescued them by pecking a hole in the jail. Then the girls wanted to play with their cousins, Barbara and Debbie. They all wanted to go swimming, but Elissa was worried because she was wearing her tights. She decided to go, but Lizzie refused because she just got her ears pierced. Pretty soon all these happy friends ended up on a raft in the lake, drinking lemonade. Suddenly, Elissa and Lizzie revealed their deep, dark secret. They were actually superheroes. They could fly and catch balloons. So they did. They brought some beautiful balloons back to their cousins, Babs and Debbie. Everyone was so happy. They were still playing with their balloons when the real people left to eat breakfast.

Anna was involved in this little dance troupe from school. Yes, the kids danced in front of King's Cove liquor store. We stopped for drinks later.

Are we desperate for boys at our house?

Finally, we can post again. Rob got rid of some things on the computer, cleared up some space and I had pictures inside my camera dying to get out. I haven't taken any pictures recently because my camera batteries have gone on the fritz. So, here I am playing catch up. These photos were taken when we had the hawk scare. The mosquitoes were atrocious. It is August 1st and although better, we still battle the little buggers.
